If your order has not been produced, we are happy to make changes to quantities, the label data, or cancel your order. We understand there are a lot of reason to step away from a cart before it is finished. If you hover your mouse over the icon of the shopping cart, you will see drop downs for View Cart and View Saved Cart. Carts automatically save for a period of time before they time out.
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. However, faster shipping is available, if needed.
Most orders are shipped the same day on orders received and paid for by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Yes, you can enter your shipping number when ordering online or give it to one of our customer service representatives when you talk with them.
Orders placed online will be charged a flat $14.99 charge for UPS Ground Shipping. Faster methods such as UPS Next Day Air will incur a higher charge. For orders placed directly with one of our customer service representatives, the cost will depend upon the weight of the box, shipping method, and location.
We are in Ohio, so we are on the Eastern Time zone.
All orders are shipped from our manufacturing headquarters in Dayton, OH. Because of our centralized location, most orders are received within 2 to 3 working days via ground freight.

We can add your Purchase Order number to an order, but we only accept credit card payments. Companies and private organizations will be considered for open terms after the first order. However, we have a minimum order to establish an account of $2,500.00.
You can either mail a check or ACH a payment from your bank to ours. For the ACH details, talk with one of our customer service representatives or our Accounting Department.
We can set up schools and government agencies on Net 30 day terms. Please contact a Customer Service representative or our Accounting Department to make arrangements, then allow a few days for us to set up your account. Companies and private organizations will be considered for open terms after the first order. However, we have a minimum order to establish an account of $2,500.00.
We are obligated to charge sales tax on all orders that are billed or shipped in the State of Ohio. If you are outside of the State of Ohio, we do not charge sales tax.

Each product must have a separate UPC number for identification.
The source for your UPC number depends upon where you will be selling your product. Many larger retailers require their vendors to only obtain their UPC numbers from GS1. GS1 is a non-profit organization that sells UPC numbers. They can be contacted at www.gs1.org or 937-435-3870. WePrintBarcodes.com also recommends EZ UPC as another reliable source for UPC numbers. They are an economical and reliable source for UPC numbers from one to thousands. They can be contacted at https://ezupc.com or 307-217-5352. Contact the retail outlets where you will be selling your product to find out if they require a UPC code from GS1.org.
Each retail product must have it's own unique UPC number, including the same product but in different sizes, colors, styles, flavors, etc. If you make up a number, you might be using a number assigned to a completely different product. Therefore, you must purchase numbers through a vendor such as GS1.org or EZ UPC. The only exception is if you are selling your product(s) within your own four walls and not through any other vendors. In that case, you can make up your number, but the first number must be a 4, followed by 10 more digits and the check digit. The check digit is the 12th digit and is calculated via an algorithm. If needed, our software can calculate the 12th digit for you.
A check digit is the 12th digit on a UPC code, and is computed by an algorithm based upon the first 11 digits in the sequence. If needed, we can calculate your check digit(s).

We offer three grades of label stock, a paper stock, a synthetic polypropylene stock, and a polyester stock. Paper Labels Our paper stock is perfect for document tracking, short-term labeling, and any application that is not subject to harsh conditions or moisture. It is a premium coated ultra-smooth paper label stock, and has a bright white matte finish that provides smudge resistance and excellent imaging properties. The paper labels feature a permanent acrylic adhesive and will adhere to most clean, dry surfaces. It has an application range temperature of 25F to 150F, and a service temperature range of -65F to 200F. Polypropylene/Synthetic Labels - Rugged Durability Our polypropylene/synthetic labels are perfect for any application that needs more durability than paper, but not extreme durability. It's perfect for applications exposed to moisture and applications on a curved surface. Our rugged durability labels are a premium coated ultra-smooth film label material. They have a white matte finish that provides water repellency, smudge resistance, moisture resistance and moderate chemical resistance. This label is identical to our Extreme Durability label, but features a very aggressive high tack adhesive that is perfect for any hard to label surface. Common applications are outdoor applications, environments with high chemical exposure, and environments with high temperatures. It's perfect for applications exposed to moisture. These labels are a 2-mil pearl white gloss polyester with a permanent high tack acrylic adhesive. The aggressive adhesive is perfect for applications where a more aggressive adhesive is required. We frequently use these for ski rentals since the labels are applied to skis. The adhesive is extremely aggressive and will adhere to almost any clean dry surface. They provide excellent smudge, moisture, and chemical resistance, and have excellent resistance to oil, dirt, alcohol, blood, and water. We typically print these on 2" x 1" paper labels. FNSKU is an acronym for Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit barcode. Amazon provides FNSKU barcodes at no cost to you. A UPC is a 12 digit number you purchase from a company called GS1.org. There are other sources to purchase UPC numbers, but Amazon typically requires UPC barcode numbers be purchased from GS1.org. If you are fulfilling orders yourself, the 12-digit UPC number is typically used. However, you can also use the FNSKU barcode provided by Amazon. Which option you select depends upon your preference and if you've already purchased UPC numbers for selling your products through other outlets.
